Service Description
Breath is one of the most immediate levers we have for changing structure, movement, and internal state — yet most of us have never been taught how to use it well. This six-week series explores breathing both practically and experientially. Each session builds your understanding of how the breath works and gives you direct tools to take into daily life, supported by a short video and resources between classes. Topics across the series: Functional anatomy and energetics of breathing Opening the thoracic spine and rib cage Foundational practices: Dirga (three-part breath) and Ujjayi Active techniques: Kapalabhati Alternate nostril breathing The breath-pelvic floor relationship No prior experience necessary.
