Missed classes, sessions, or events are not refundable.

 

Scheduling and Cancellations

For offerings that involve scheduled sessions or classes:

  • Attendance is the responsibility of the participant.

  • Late arrivals or missed sessions do not entitle participants to refunds or make-up sessions unless explicitly stated.

 

Participation in Movement and Physical Practices

Participation in movement classes, physical practices, or experiential offerings involves inherent physical risks.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for listening to your body and participating within your own limits.

  • You assume full responsibility for your participation.

  • You understand that physical discomfort or injury is possible despite reasonable care and instruction.

You are encouraged to consult with an appropriately licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new physical or movement practice.

 

Educational and Informational Nature of Services

Offerings provided through this website are educational and integrative in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Information shared through classes, programs, written content, or discussions is not a substitute for care provided by a Texas-licensed medical provider. Participation does not establish a physician–patient relationship.
