Musculoskeletal issues present in many forms. For some, it’s an acute injury—a neck strain, a sudden flare of sciatica, or a back that “goes out” unexpectedly. For others, pain becomes chronic: a shoulder that never fully recovered after surgery, a knee that flares without clear cause, or an overuse injury that lingers long past the expected healing timeline.

Often, the issue isn’t only the pain itself, but the pattern behind it—reinjuring the same area repeatedly, compensating in subtle ways, or feeling as though healing never fully completes.


Whether your concern is new or longstanding, my approach looks beyond the site of pain to understand why recovery may be stalled. Together, we assess structural, neurological, and behavioral patterns that contribute to strain—supporting your body in rebuilding strength, restoring coordinated movement, and regaining trust.

Conditions commonly addressed include:

  • Low back pain (acute or chronic)

My work integrates detailed structural assessment with acupuncture, naturopathic support, movement analysis, and embodied awareness to identify contributing factors and support more durable recovery.
