About
Most approaches to lower back pain begin with fixing. This course begins somewhere else — with listening. Over six weeks, you'll move through a carefully sequenced progression of floor-based and standing practices drawn from functional movement, somatic awareness, and Eastern medicine. Each week builds on the last: from foundational body awareness, through supported supine and prone work, into more dynamic standing and kneeling movement. The goal isn't to push through discomfort or chase a particular outcome. It's to develop a clearer, more honest relationship with your body — so that change, when it comes, is sustainable. This course is appropriate for people navigating chronic lower back pain, those returning from injury, and anyone who wants to move with more ease, control, and presence.
